An examination of the latest adtempussrv log from the adTempus logs directory shows a line similar to the following:
Cause
This error occurs if the Microsoft XML Parser is not present on the computer, or if the installation of this component has been corrupted. This component is installed during adTempus installation, but it is possible for a user to uninstall the component subsequently.
Resolution
Check to see if the parser is installed on the computer. It will appear as "MSXML 6.0 Parser" in the list of installed programs. If it is installed, perform a repair of the installation.
If the parser does not appear in the list of installed programs, download and install the software from the Microsoft download site.
