Celebrating 28 years of automation software

Arcana Development was founded in 1996 to sell a disk cleanup utility named Dustman (sadly, no longer available for download).

In 1997 we released the Arcana Scheduler as a replacement for the inadequate "AT" scheduler provided with Windows NT. At that time most of the third-party scheduling tools available for Windows NT were large-scale, expensive, enterprise scheduling solutions. Our tool was built to fill the void, providing solid basic scheduling at an affordable price for individuals and small businesses.

We continue to focus on automation tools for small and medium businesses. (And individuals, too, though there are fewer of you buying schedulers for personal use these days.)

We have customers in more than 70 countries, including 40% of the Fortune 100 companies and 20% of the Fortune 500 companies.
