Pay-Per-Incident Support

Pay-per-incident support provides support for a single issue or question of clearly-defined scope, for customers who do not wish to maintain a support subscription for their licenses. Note that if you have only one or two licenses it will be more cost-effective to purchase a support subscription for your licenses.

Support is provided by e-mail or by telephone callback during standard support hours.

Once you have purchased the incident it will be added to your license account within 30 minutes. At that time you will be able to submit your support request through the Support Request Form.
