adTempus console not launching/opening

When I launch the adTempus console on my laptop, the console window does not open up at all. I see console (with the gear icon) launching and see the icon on the task bar but the window never materializes. This started when I tried to upgrade to windows 10 version 1909. My initial attempt at upgrading to the 1909 version had failed and I didnt realize it but since then I have not been able to launch/open adTempus console. I now have successfully upgrade my windows 10 to version 1909 and have uninstalled and re-installed the latest version of adTempus (4.7) but still cannot launch/open the console. I use the console to log into adtempus and monitor jobs running on different servers. Any help is appreciated. Thank you, Girish

It's possible this is caused by a corrupt configuration file for the Console. In Windows File Explorer, navigate to "%AppData%\Arcana
Development\adTempus" and delete the "console4.config" file, then try starting the Console.
