My Arcana service has completely stopped working.  I get a pop up from Visual Studio Just In Time Debugger with " An unhandled exception occurred in ADScheduleadmin.exe [260]

I've tried everything, uninstall, reboot, install, clean registry, etc.   I'm up to the latest version 2.3.2.2.

but it will not run.. any ideas
