Symptoms

If you create a Remote Agent and don't enter a value for the Optional Name field, adTempus incorrectly gives error ADT000030E:

There is already another Remote Agent with this name. Please choose a unique name.

Workaround

To avoid this error, set the Optional Name to the same value as the Agent Address.
