Symptoms

If you report was saved with the "No printer (optimize for screen display)", Report Commander will always print the report to the default printer for your user profile, even if you have specified a different printer in the Report Commander options.

Cause

This behavior is caused by a problem in the Crystal Reports runtime components that Report Commander uses to process the report.

Workaround

Edit your report in Crystal Reports and uncheck the "No printer (optimize for screen display)" option selected in the Page Setup window. Note that it does not matter which printer you select in this window, as long as the "No printer" option is not checked.
