Symptoms

After upgrading your adTempus database to version 4 from an earlier version, Notification Actions are missing their Recipients.

Cause

Due to a problem with the database conversion process, the links between the actions and the recipients are lost during the upgrade, though the Actions and Recipients themselves are converted correctly.

Resolution

If you have not yet upgraded, contact us for an updated database conversion script.

If you have already converted but have a backup of your database from before conversion, contact us for assistance with migrating the missing data.
