Symptoms

You have created a login in adTempus that uses adTempus (user ID/password) security. When you try to connect to the adTempus server using the Console, the connection may fail with the following error message:

A connection could not be made to the adTempus server. This may occur if the adTempus server is in a different domain and is not configured with a server certificate.

This error occurs even if the computers are in the same domain.
