Symptoms

When you change the Language for a script, the list of Script Libraries that are available for referencing is not updated, so you cannot select a library that uses the proper language.

Workaround

After changing the language for a script, save the script, then re-edit it. When you reopen the Script Properties window, the proper Script Libraries will be listed.
