Summary

When you attempt to install an Arcana Development product from CD after the same product has already been installed from a downloaded installation package, the setup program prompts you to "Please insert the disk: 1". Each time you click "OK" the prompt is displayed again; it is not possible to continue the installation.

Workaround

To upgrade your installation you will need to download the current installation package and use it instead of the CD (the software is identical).

Alternatively you can uninstall the existing version and then do a fresh installation from the CD. Your product configuration will be preserved when you do this.

Status

This problem has been resolved beginning with version 2.3.1.2 of the Arcana Scheduler.

Users of Appmon will need to use the workaround given above.
