We are running a job that calls a command file. The job is scheduled to run every 15 minutes. The command file takes approximately 1 second to run. On many of the runs, we see the following errors. Sometimes this happens in subsequent runs, sometimes one is successful, then the next one fails. There is no pattern to which iterations of the job will fail.

The step cannot be executed because the user cannot be granted access to the computer's desktop (error 5). Diagnostic information can be found in file "C:\Program Files\Arcana Development\adTempus\logs\adtempussrv.200808200000012624.log".
In the error log referenced, the following error appears:
