Use Local System account

While running a job using the user credentials of the "Use Local System account" and setting a step "Windows mode:" to "Capture Console", the step fails to execute giving a return code 128 and the captured file is empty. If we change the user credentials to a different user from the one on the service, it runs fine.

The short (non-)answer is that you should not be using the "Use Local System account" option unless you have a really good reason for doing so, and if you do use it there are going to be some things that don't work right, due to limitations on the local system account. What's the reason you need to be using Local System?
