Can someone please advise why the timezone dropdown list is empty (see attached screenshot), and what we can do to correct the issue?  Thanks!

Version: adTempus 3.0.8.1

OS: Windows 7 Professional (Service Pack 1)

The Console reads the time zone list from the Registry on the computer where you are running the Console. Please run the Registry Editor and go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time Zones". Are there sub-keys there for the time zones?

Hi Bill,

The sub-keys appears to be there (see screenshot w7.JPG).  We have another machine that runs adTempus on Windows XP, and the timezone dropdown list is populated with timezone options.  The xp.png screenshot shows the timezone registry key on that XP machine.

Please advise.  Thanks!

Simon

I did some testing and it looks like there is a bug that affects this on Windows 7/Windows Server 2008 and newer. We are looking into the fix. Please open a support request so I can get the fix to you when it's available.

adTempus 4 gets time zone information in a different way and is not affected.
