Wider or dynamic list boxes

As per my screen shot, I have file names that are quite long, and the list boxes that show the file names are too narrow. It would be nice if these were dynamic to the screen that they are on.

This has been fixed. The fix is available in the latest hotfix build if you'd like to try it now; it will also be in the next release of Report Commander.
