We have a need to blind carbon copy key technical support staff on automated email reports. It looks like there is no ability to CC or BCC in the current version. If that is the case, can this be added as a feature request, please?

You can send reports to multiple recipients, but all recipients go in the To field on the message.
We recently did an update for another customer to allow them to have all recipients go in the BCC field instead. If that would meet your needs, you can open a support case and I'll get that update to you.
If you need more fine-grained control (specify for each recipient whether it's To, CC, or BCC), then we'd have to do a little more work.

Thank you for the fast reply. We really need to specify separate To and BCC fields. These email are being sent by our automated scheduler to each Principal in a school and the HR department wants a blind carbon copy sent to them during the process.
If that is not easy to do, we could probably work with the version that does all BCC.
