I have a report commander job setup to email a report if the report contains any data. The job worked fine until I added a sub-report to this report. RC's job will now send the report even if there isn't any data.
Does anyone know why?
In this case Report Commander was issuing a warning message when it encountered a problem while checking to see if the report was empty, and then producing an empty output file. This was due to a problem with the Crystal Reports runtime. A fix is now available See KB article K00000441 for more information.
