Just got Arcana and it's a great product.  The command is set to export a report to excel and email it. My only stumbling block is the following error: E-mail send failed: Error connecting to server

My IT was not very useful, so I really need to understand what are the possible causes of this error.  It's an SMTP server used by our copy machine.  Do I need to added as a user on the SMTP server?  Any assistance/direction would be appreciated.
