Arcana Scheduler and Windows 2008 R2 64 bit

Hello, We have installed Arcana version 2.3.2.0 on our new Win 2008 R2 server.  The service starts according to the event viewer but then stops.  (Message is Arcana Scheduler service on the computer started then stopped.  Some services stop automatically if they are not used.)  We have tried local computer as well as system account. 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the service to start and remain started?

Check the Application log in the Event Viewer and see if there's an error message from Arcana Scheduler telling you why it cannot start.

If you copied your configuration from another computer you may have a license error if you have not generated a new license file for this computer. Contact us at the sales e-mail address for help if that's the problem and you need help with licensing.
