Cannot run Administrator on 64 bit Windows 2008 server

I recently installed the Arcana Scheduler version 2.3.2.2 on a 64 bit Windows 2008 server.

When I try and run the Scheduler I get the error message  "Create fail for window Arcana Schedule Administrator, 0, TSDIDecFrame"

 

both the scheduler and configuration editor get this message. The Job Browser, and the service appear to run i.e. do not fail instantaneously.

 

Any thoughts?

The Job Browser is built using a different user interface library than the Administrator and the Configuration Editor, so that's why it works and the others don't. The service works because it does not display a user interface.

Try setting the compatibility options in Windows to run the Administrator and Configuration Editor in XP compatibility mode and see if that allows them to run.
