Supported Products

We are generally happy to answer your questions about any version of any of our products. However, we cannot promise support for versions of the product other than the "Supported Versions" listed below.

Even though we will generally answer questions for unsupported versions, no updates are being made to those versions, so we cannot offer any software fixes to unsupported versions. If you encounter a software issue, you will need to upgrade to a supported version.

The following chart lists the currently supported versions of our software.
