How to Purchase

Online Ordering

To purchase directly from us, locate the products or options you need and add them to your shopping cart, then place your order online.

You can pay by credit card or use a purchase order number to be invoiced (subject to review and approval).

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders, subject to review and approval. You can initiate the purchase online, or send your purchase order to [email protected]. The following terms apply to purchase orders:

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
• Payment must be made in US dollars.
• Payments by check must be made in US dollars, drawn on a US bank.
• Your invoice will include instructions and account numbers for wire transfer or ACH payments.
• All fees (currency conversion, wire transfer, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Taxes

Arcana Development is based in the state of New Mexico in the United States. We collect gross receipts tax for customers located in New Mexico only. We do not collect sales tax, VAT, or other taxes for customers outside of New Mexico. It is your responsibility to report and pay to your local taxing authority if required.

• Generate your own quote: Add the item(s) you need to your shopping cart, then click the Save/Get Quote button on the shopping cart page. We will e-mail you a quote in PDF format.

Licensing

Delivery

All our software is delivered electronically; there is no physical shipment of software.

Trial Versions

Evaluation versions of all of our software is available for download. This software is identical to the "licensed" version. When you purchase a license you can "activate" your evaluation installation; you do not need to reinstall the software.

License Activation

When you purchase a license, we will send you the license information you need to "activate" the software.
