We are getting our environment setup and testing various things right now, so I'm still learning.

But is there a way or best practice for failing over the Master? 

In our scenario, we have 1 Master server and (will have) 10 or so Agents that will be Load Balanced. If that Master server goes down, what is our fastest/easiest way to get another one running and pick up where the other left off?
