Note: Customer and License Account Migration
On February 7, 2016 we migrated customer and license accounts to a new account management system. With the new system you now log in here using a site login to gain access to your licenses
and customer records. This replaces the previous system of logging in using license account number and password (for license accounts) or customer ID and e-mail address (for customer accounts).
During the conversion, site logins were created for all existing license account contacts and customer account contacts. To activate your account and set your password, please visit
the Forgot Password page to have a password reset link sent to you.

Note: Discussion Account Migration
On December 8, 2015 we updated the discussion forums to use a new account management system. Due to this update you must create a new password for any account created before that date.

Also note that if you never made any posts in the forum, your account may not have been migrated.
