Reseller Information
Resellers are eligible for a discount off of retail
prices. The discount program for resellers works the same as our standard discount program
but offers a higher discount percentage. Your price is based
on your total purchases (for all your customers).
This discount schedule is for "passive" resellers, who are not actively
promoting our products. If you are a value-added reseller or are actively
promoting our products, please contact us contact
us to discuss additional discount opportunities.
Becoming a Reseller
To receive the reseller discount, contact us with
information about your company. Once we verify that you are a reseller we
will set you up to receive the reseller discount and provide you with your
customer number.
Make sure you always specify your customer number when placing orders;
this will ensure you receive the proper discount.
Reseller Discount Schedule
The volume discount program is a "point accumulation" plan similar to
plans used by other software vendors. Each product has a point value (see
the price list for details). When you purchase a
product, the appropriate number of points are credited to your account. As
you accumulate points you qualify for increasing discount levels. These
discounts are automatically applied to your order, as long as you provide
your customer number when you place your order.
The discount you receive is based on the discount tier for which you
qualify. The discount tiers are:

Your point total includes all purchases you
have made within the past 24 months. When you are placing an order, the products in that order are included when calculating your discount level.
Your Prices
You can always get information on your current discount level and a list of product prices adjusted for your discount
level on the pricing page. Just provide your
customer number and the prices will be recalculated automatically.
Ordering
For fastest order fulfillment, place your order online. Our online order form allows you to order
using a credit card or purchase order. You can also e-mail or fax us your order.
During checkout, enter your customer's contact information in the ship-to fields and we will send the necessary license information
directly to your customer, without pricing information. Use the reference number field to specify your customer's PO or other reference
number and we will include that in the e-mail message we send the customer.
