Our online order system can be used to place orders using credit cards, purchase orders, checks, and wire transfers. Orders may also be placed without using the form.

Need a Quote?

Find the items you need in our price list and add them to your shopping cart. From your shopping cart you can save your order as a quote. The quote can be printed for your use and will remain valid for 30 days. You can later return to the order form to complete your saved order, or send us the quote with your purchase order.

Online Ordering

Our secure online order form is designed to get your order processed as quickly as possible.

This form allows you to make purchases by credit card, purchase order, check, or wire transfer.

The following sections provide information on the available online purchase methods.

Credit Card

Providing your credit card information on our secure order form is the fastest way to complete your order, and is very safe. Your order will be completed immediately and your license information will be delivered within an hour of your purchase.

If personal preference or company policy prevent you from providing your credit card information over the Web, you can still use the online form to submit your order, then send us your credit card information separately by e-mail, fax, or mail.

Purchase Order

To place an order using a purchase order, you will be asked for your purchase order number.

If you have purchased from us before, that's all we need.

If this is your first order, you will need to complete a credit application and send it to us along with a copy of the purchase order by mail or fax. Your order will be completed once we receive the purchase order.

You will be sent an invoice by regular mail.

Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments are subject to a late-payment fee of 1.5% per month, with a minimum $5 fee. Payment must be made by check in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank, or by wire transfer. Wire transfers are subject to a $15 fee imposed by our bank. Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee.

Note: In some cases, determined at our sole discretion, we may withhold your permanent license until we receive payment against our invoice. In such cases we will send you a temporary license that will enable you to operate the software for 60 days while we wait for payment.

Prepay by Check

If you wish to pay using a check (without being invoiced ), complete the online order form and then send us your check, payable to "Arcana Development, LLC".  You will receive a pro-forma invoice by e-mail.

Checks must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee.

Note: If you choose this option you will not receive your license information until we receive your payment. If you want to receive your license immediately and be invoiced, use the Purchase Order method. 

Offline Ordering

If possible, please use our online order form. It's faster than "offline" purchasing and completely safe.

If you choose not to use our online order form, you can mail or fax your purchase order, credit card information, or check to us. We are not able to accept telephone orders. See the contact information page for our address and fax number.

Please observe the following guidelines when submitting your order:

  • Please identify the item(s) you wish to purchase by product number (product numbers are available on the pricing page).
  • For credit card purchases, you must provide us with the name and correct billing address for the credit card account.
  • Be sure to include an e-mail address so we can send your electronic license information and contact you with questions or problems.
  • If you order one or more products on disk or CD, be sure to include a valid shipping address. Software can only be shipped within the U.S. Please specify the shipping method you prefer, and include the proper shipping amount: USPS first class ($2) or FedEx 2Day ($9).
  • Virginia residents include 5% sales tax.
  • For purchase orders, payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments are subject to a late-payment fee of 1.5% per month, with a minimum $5 fee. Purchase Orders

If you have not ordered from us before you must complete a credit application before we will accept your purchase order. If you have purchased from us using a purchase order before, be sure to include your customer number on your order.
