Arcana Scheduler

License Activation

Once you have purchased an Arcana Scheduler license, you must activate the software by obtaining a license file:

  1. If you have not already done so, download and install the software. If the software is already installed, there is no need to reinstall it.
  2. Log in to your license account at www.arcanadev.com/licensing/account.aspx?an=.
  3. Locate the Arcana Scheduler product entry in the Products list.
  4. Click the List/Manage Licenses link.
  5. On the Licenses page, locate the Available Licenses section.
  6. Select an available license and click the Get License File link.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the request.
  8. Your license file will be e-mailed to you. Follow the instructions that accompany the license file to complete the activation process. 

Note: If no licenses are listed under the Available Licenses section, all licenses for this product are already in use. To activate the software on a new computer you must purchase a new license or remove the software from another computer to free up a license.

You can view and manage your licenses online at any time by using the online license management system at www.arcanadev.com/licensing/account.aspx?an=.
