Getting file locking errors when running adTempus jobs

We are running adTempus 3. We are recently started seeing file locking errors when running scheduled adTempus jobs. We manually restart them to get them completed.

We haven't made any changes to adTempus scheduled jobs or the database. We had some windows security patches deployed but have been rolled back.  However we are continuing to see the errors.

Would like to get an idea on what we should look at to identify the increased file locking issues with adTempus jobs.

Are these locking issues being reported by adTempus or by your program?

You'll need to post more details about what error messages you're getting, and from where.
