Hi All,

I am checking the trial version of Report Commander and attempt to email an Excel doc but getting the error:

Invalid export DLL or export format Invalid export DLL or export format

I have done as requested to add the following to the PATH variable but it still getting the same error;

My setups are

WIN XP Service Pack 2

Report Commander version 1.4

Any help would be appreciated since I would to take the full version if all works well with the trail...

Regards

Raj

Did you open a new command prompt window after you made the path change? If not, your environment still has the old path.

If that is not the problem please submit a support request for direct assistance.

Hi JD,

Thanks for your response.

I can confirm that the error message has been resolved now.

It appears that there was a space between the path name so it failling to recogzine the new path line.

ie: ; C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86

and it should be:

;C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86

Regards

Raj
